I decided to move onto a bigger and better type of sailing. From my early years i was fascinated in yachts. The way they open doors to distant horizons, the way they can sail for weeks across oceans with out stopping for fuel, the ability to go where ever you want-when ever you want.
In 2008 I met up with a friend who lives on his yacht in the Solent. After spending a few weekends sailing round the Solent I was invited on a 4 week trip down the coast of Brittaney to La Rochelle.
From this moment on I loved the freedom of sailing to a different country. It beat sailing round a minuet triangle a million times over. In early 2011 after two years in college studying boat building I was deciding what my prospects were for the following few years. I came to the conclusion that I would prefer to spend a few grand on a small cruiser then university fees.
Over the next year or two i plan to explore the coast of North Wales aswell as circumnaivgate The British Isles.
